Our refund guidelines
Utopie is committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. We understand that there may be times when you are not satisfied with your purchase, and we want to make it easy for you to get a refund if you are eligible.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally only available for the following reasons:
- The transaction was made in error.
- The transaction was unauthorized.
- The product or service was not as described.
- The customer is unable to use the product or service.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Utopie customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Processing Refunds
Once your refund request has been approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for the following:
- Digital products or services, once they have been downloaded or streamed.
- Physical products that have been used or damaged.
- Giftcards
- Transactions that have been disputed with the customer's bank.
Please note: Utopie Pay reserves the right to refuse refunds at its discretion.
